I want Chande's Momentum Oscillator with .ex4 but I cant find it. Where can I find?

I would be most interested in the running value of the SLOPE of any designated line on the chart like for example the slope of a TMA line showing in a window different from the chart. "Momentum Oscillator" does not seem to do the job. First, "Slope" is not an Oscillator and second, it shows in the price chart. Only parameter would be the look back period (2,3,...). There is such an indicator in NINJATRADER7 (NT7) simply called SLOPE. Thank you.
